Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer delivery across South Africa. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:
Major cities: 2–4 business days
Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Standard shipping: R150 for parcels under the value of R999
Free shipping: On orders over R1000
Shipping of Live Animals and Plants
We take extra care when shipping live aquatic animals and plants:
Live items are shipped Monday to Wednesday only
Overnight delivery is used where possible
A shipping surcharge may apply
Someone must be available to receive the parcel on the day of delivery
While we pack live items securely, we are not responsible for courier delays that may impact the health of live stock.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Restrictions
We only ship within South Africa
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address
Some remote areas may not be serviceable due to courier limitations
